Aurora, formed in 1995, is firmly established within the Space industry as a company which supplies quality solutions. We provide a broad range of expertise from the development of astronomical instruments, assessments of future space missions and their implementation.
Aurora fields an international team of professional software engineers, spacecraft system engineers, applied phyicists, scientists etc.. The European Space Agency (ESA) is our main client, and we support ESTEC in the Netherlands and ESAC in Spain. In particular we provide support to the Directorate of Science and Robotic Exploration and the Directorate of Earth Exploration.
Our straightforward and honest approach allows us to apply the appropriate software tools and hardware facilities in the development of future technologies.
From 1 January 2010 Aurora is owned by LSE Space, itself a member of the Swedish Space Corporation.
Aurora is a registered as Aurora Technology B.V. in the Netherlands with KvK nr. 28076579.
